スウェットとひとことで言っても、 クルー、パーカー、フルジップ……形もディテールも無数に存在する。 そんな中で今回THE UNIONが選んだのは、ありそうであまり見かけない“ハーフジップクルー”。
生地には、裏起毛の柔らかさと肉感を両立したオリジナルファブリックを採用。 腹部には、思わず手を入れたくなるカンガルーポケットを配置。 リブには横段入りのオリジナル仕様を使い、 縫製の一部には4本針フラットシーマを採用して、 ヴィンテージウェアの空気感を再構築した。
“VINCENT SWEAT”同様、 中にシャツを合わせても、Tシャツの上からラフに羽織ってもいい。 ジップを開けるだけで抜け感が生まれる、 THE UNIONらしいバランス感覚の逸品。

Even when we say "Sweatshirt," there are countless shapes and details—crew necks, hoodies, full zips... Among these, THE UNION has chosen a "half-zip crew," a style that is common in concept but rarely seen. The fabric is an original material that balances the softness of brushed lining with a substantial feel. On the abdomen, a kangaroo pocket invites you to naturally slip your hands in. The ribbing features a unique horizontal stripe design, and parts of the stitching employ a four-needle flat seam technique, reconstructing the vintage wear atmosphere. Like the "VINCENT SWEAT," it pairs well with a shirt underneath or can be casually thrown over a T-shirt. Just unzipping the zipper gives a relaxed vibe, embodying THE UNION’s distinctive sense of balance in this exceptional piece.
