THE FABRICでは、毎年定番としてサーマル素材のカットソーをリリースしています。そして今季登場するのは、フード型のサーマルカットソー“SMART PARKA”。
サーマル素材はもともとインナー用として開発されたもので、凹凸のある生地構造が特長。その凸部分に空気が溜まり、体温を保ってくれるという、いわゆる“昔ながらの機能素材”です。
今回の“SMART PARKA”は、そのサーマルを使って薄手のパーカー型に仕上げた一着。インナーパーカーとして使えば、アウターの中でもごわつかず、シャツなどとレイヤードすれば、まるで薄手のニットのような見え方に。シンプルながらもスタイリングの幅を広げてくれる万能アイテムです。
