デニムワークウェアを語るうえで欠かせない存在、カバーオール。
その起源は 19 世紀末〜20 世紀初頭、アメリカの労働者たちが“身体を覆い、仕事の道具をすべて持ち運べる服”として使い始めたところにあります。今回THE BLUEST OVERALLSが手がけたのは、1960年代の定番型をベースに再構築した一着。
胸と腰のポケットにはブランドを象徴する“KATANA POCKET”を採用。胸ポケットにはグラスポケットも付属し、「何をどこに入れるか」が自然と決まるレイアウトです。胸には新しいロゴタグをワンポイントで配置。シルエットはややオーバーサイズ。ジャストで着ても、ラフに大きめで合わせても、その人のスタイルに馴染むバランスに仕上げています。

The coverall is an essential piece when talking about denim workwear. Its origins trace back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when American workers began wearing it as a garment that “covered the body and carried all the tools they needed.”
For this model, THE BLUEST OVERALLS reworks a classic silhouette from the 1960s. Both the chest and lower pockets feature the brand’s signature “KATANA POCKET”. The chest pocket is also equipped with a dedicated glasses pocket, making it easy to intuitively organize what goes where. A new logo tag is placed subtly on the chest, and the silhouette is intentionally set slightly oversized. Whether worn true to size or styled with a looser fit, it adapts naturally to the wearer’s look.
Balancing the practicality of true workwear with a presence suited for everyday life, this coverall is a piece that quietly shines the moment you put it on.
